Service Description
Your car won't start. We come to you with specialized equipment to diagnose & repair mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues. For simple diagnostics (e.g. failed battery, starter, alternator, etc.), the first hour on-site includes a diagnosis and a written repair quote. For complex diagnostics (e.g. wiring shorts, module miscommunication, etc.), additional service beyond 1hr may be required. Customer must consent to any additional labor.

Pre-Purchase Inspection
The Viriginia state inspection is a mandatory pass/fail annual safety check - focusing on basic items like lights, brakes, tires, horn, etc. to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy. It does not provide detailed explanations, live data, or insights into why something might fail or what could go wrong soon.
Our Health Check is voluntary preventative care — like a doctor's visit for your car. We assess your vehicle's condition to catch hidden issues early, extend vehicle life, and give you real peace of mind wherever you are — no waiting room required.
Schedule our Health Check first to identify potential failures, then the state inspection knowing exactly what to expect.
Our Health Checks focus primarily on the vehicle's vitals - which can all be checked/tested without test driving.
If you have a specific issue with how your car is running, our General Diagnostic service is designed to address performance issues. However, if you would like us to briefly test drive your car as part of the Health Check, we'll gladly drive it around the block at no added cost.
Health checks are key to staying ahead of your vehicle's needs. Thus, we recommend scheduling a Health Check about once a year to ensure there's no surprise breakdowns around the corner.
