We prefer at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment if you plan to reschedule or cancel. This ensures service time slots can go to other clients.

We charge a 50% fee for no shows. You will be refunded the other 50% to the card used at booking.

We may waive the no-show fee for clients who promptly reschedule their appointments.

We reschedule for rain. This both protects your vehicle's sensitive under-hood components and ensures you receive the highest quality labor from our technicians.
