If possible, please park with enough room for one of our service vehicles to access your vehicle. Have your keys ready to pass off to our technician. Beyond that, we take care of it.

We prefer at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment if you plan to reschedule or cancel. This ensures service time slots can go to other clients. We charge a 50% fee for no shows. You will be refunded the other 50% to the card used at booking. We may waive the no-show fee for clients who promptly reschedule their appointments.

We keep a close watch on the forecast, so we'll contact you in advance if we anticipate bad weather during your appointment time. We reschedule for rain. This both protects your vehicle's sensitive under-hood components and ensures you receive the highest quality labor from our technicians.

Our online listed service prices are transparent & comprehensive. There are no hidden fees. We provide clear estimates prior to beginning work requiring additional parts or labor. Clients must approve all service quotes. Thus, there are no surprises.
