No worries — we understand that life happens! We prefer you let us know if you plan to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This ensures that other clients can be slotted for that service time. No-shows are subject to a 50% fee based on the service purchased. You will be refunded half of the service price to the card used for payment. We are flexible, and may waive the fee if the client contacts us to reschedule their appointment quickly.

Given that all of our services require an open hood, we reschedule for rain. We will contact you a few days in advance if there is a forecast of rain during your appointment. On the morning of your appointment, we will contact you with our final decision. If canceled, you will be rescheduled for the soonest availability. This policy ensures the safety of your vehicle's sensitive electronics and engine components.

As a mobile service business, Tower Auto Service focuses primarily on diagnostics. We also perform some repairs on-site - though there are limitations (eg. no shop lift, no AC power outlets) to what we take on. So, if we identify an issue we can't repair on-site - whether due to the size or complexity of the repair - we will provide you with a detailed report with recommended next steps. We partner with trusted local shops who would gladly take care of the rest.

We display the transparent & comprehensive price on each service. No hidden fees. The price covers travel and labor (within our listed service areas). If any additional labor or parts are required, you will receive a detailed quote beforehand.

No, we do not install customer-supplied parts. By only installing parts purchased by Tower Auto Service, we are able to guarantee correct fitment the first time.
